Outbound calls are billed on a Per Second Basis rather than Per Minute Basis and are 1p nationally and from 9p to mobiles.

That means if you catch someone's voice mail on a national number and leave a 15 second message, you will be billed 0.25 pence. This would cost 9 pence with BT!

And because we are using broadband, the maximum any office needs are two analogue lines, one for computers, one for phones.
